Executive
Bio's
Roger Gruen,
President.
Analytix is a privately
owned and operated
company with
a
history of providing
business solutions since
1975. Our President,
Roger Gruen,
has been a
key
player in the St. Louis
IT market since 1975 and
has been involved in
numerous automations of
manufacturing,
distribution, and
financial organizations.
He
has functioned as the
lead on the
majority of these
projects, has taught
Computer
Science and
Mathematics for a
variety of
institutions, and is
presently involved as
the
architect and
technical lead on
several innovative
products.
Michael Gruen,
Vice President.
Michael
Gruen is charged with
the day to day operations and general
management of Analytix.
Michael joined the
company in 1990 and has
been
taught by some of the
best in the business
about financial,
operational, marketing,
and technical
concerns. During the
early years of
employment, Michael excelled at the sale of
products and service and
became the leading
salesperson. This
coupled with his ability
to resolve issues,
perform research,
and financial knowledge
led to his appointment
in 2007 as the Vice
President.
Currently, Michael is
performing his regular
functions, while working
daily to create the
latest offering of
recruiting services,
known as our new Biotech
Recruiting Division.
Christopher J. Oleson,
Team Leader, St. Louis
IT Recruiting Group. Christopher Oleson began
his employment with
Analytix as an IT
Recruiter. Christopher
quickly
exceeded his
goals and began to
coordinate and manage
the efforts of other
team members.
In 1999,
Christopher was promoted
to Account Manager,
shortly thereafter
achieving the status
of
Senior Account Manager due directly to his
demonstrated track
record of building
relationships. In 2004,
Christopher Oleson was promoted to Team Leader
of the St. Louis IT
Recruiting Group.
